Text of Complaint by Deepak R:

Vodafone has deducted amount from my main balance to extend the validity of SIM for 28 days. How can they deduct amount from my account, without my approval?

The support personnel told that, after 28 days all outgoing services will be barred if not recharged. Why I need to spent amount on a SIM with lifetime service validity?
