My prepaid number is 9830309515. It’s balance was Rs.285.
But today while using data,it’s balance became Rs.188. I received a
message informing that I have used 20.25MB which caused the deduction in my main balance. (SCREENSHOT SHARED)
On 25th February, I had contacted customer care & registered a service request no: 3-18623063789 at 7:50pm.(SCREENSHOT
SHARED)
I received confirmation at 7:51 pm that my request has been processed that AS
SOON AS THD DATA BALANCE GETS FINISHED NO DEDUCTION WILL TAKE PLACE FROM MY MAIN BALANCE. So, why on 2nd March my balance got deducted from Rs 285 to Rs.188???
Why this company every time waits to eat away the balance of the customers? And when I had lodged the complain for stopping BALANCE deduction from main amount & it was processed also then how this balance deduction took place???
Vodafone has to REFUND MY MONEY. I want my balance to be Rs 285 once again. Vodafone have illegally deducted my money from my main balance. I have the service request number too. So better add the balance to my account.
Learn some etiquette from Airtel. It’s been several years since 2005 I am using their network. But they NEVER deducted balance from my main account illegally.
As soon as the data balance gets finished, internet activity stops. They never EAT AWAY balance from customer’s main balance.
