Vodafone has been billing value added services against my number since last year. The VAS says that I got access to games and videos and they charged me on behalf of them, which I never asked for. As seen in the uploaded image, this is the exact message I just received. I wasn’t even using my phone ans then I receive a message and was it, charged 49 rupees. This is not the first time, it has happened earlier also.

I have logged 2 complaints with Vodafone with no result, and in the process of filing a 3rd complaint with them, and they are still finger pointing at me that I clicked on something, and thats what generated the charge.
This is a mal-practice on Vodafones part as they are frauding consumers by billing them in excess and collecting all this money.
