Hello Sir,

Vodafone deduct my mobile balance for an incoming quiz call which i was asked to answer for some stupid questions.

There was no declaimer for the balance deduction. When I contacted Vodafone customer care, they says it was an outside quiz contest call. My question is how can Vodafone authorise such companies to call and deducting the mobile money.

This is irritating and very painfull to lost Rs. 36 for a nonsense call.
