I recharged one month free recharged of plan 159 ulimited call,data ,and msg. But during call my balance deduct… I compain on complain no. The customer care said me their is some issues in sim you eject sim and put again and then call… And recharged your phone…I recharged my prepaid Vodafone phone number,again i face same prblm …i call again on complain no then this time manish name call executive..and he talk very rude..he said our seevices charge on telephone no’s ..vodafone never mention on their in package..their term condition on chart or vodafone app…why they used free unlimited call to anyone ..they also mention this on their site…their executive deduct my add in pack without my confirmation and they argue me…when i said i dont spoke to deactivate my plan..i used vodafone sim since 2010 and they does not bother about their old consumers… When i call from jio sim they dont charge ..he gave me best service .. After this incident i will surely switch my sim… Vodafone call executive said we cant you…do what want to do if you do complain you can go..they really hurt me…and dont full fill their promise…which he sell before , he should mention term condition below their pack… people don’t know about this.
