I was holding Vodafone Mobile No. 9712975850. I have surrendered my phone in the month of November-2014. However, from the month of December 2014 to December-2018, Vodafone has deducted monthly charges from my Bank Account No. 03610100005086 of Bank of Baroda, Tagore Marg Branch, Rajkot (IFSC Code BARBOTAGORE). I have visited several times to the Vodafone Store. However, my issue has not been resolved till date. I request you to return my amount wrongly withdrawn from my above bank account immediately.
