Hello,
I got our business number converted from postpaid to prepaid a few weeks back, we cleared all our dues, fulfilled all the requirements by the company and were informed that the new sim will be activated in 72 hours, the newly converted sim worked for a few hours and then even after a recharge all services were stopped. I have written to Vodafone multiple times in the past 2 weeks and not once have i heard back. The number in this case is a business number and we are losing customers everyday due to Vodafone’s negligence. No explanation has been provided as to why the number was stopped. we even re submitted all the documents twice thereafter yet nothing.
Please help us out.
