Mr Corporate Care Manager I am a post paid vodafone customer ,my sim was somehow hacked . 25000 rupees were withdrawn from my savings account on 22.03.19 ,I blocked the ATM at 10:30pm on 22.03.19 but inspite of trying a lot of vodaphone numbers( after searching from the net) 198,199,9820098200,9846098460,9811098110,08061817110, etc…whole night but not even a single number was attended by any of your customer care representatives. next morning when it was picked and I asked to block my sim, your representative asked me to go to the vodaphone centre to get it blocked. I want to know that if my number is misused during night hour ,do I have no option but to wait for next morning and then wait for your vodaphone centre to open for blocking my sim??? AMIT PURI
