My name is Ajay Mittal I am live in Delhi e I am customer till time Vodafone my mobile number is 9312391234.

I am call for change to my plan 999rs.but customer care said I am not change your plan if you are changing your plan then you punish 3000 rupees I am why I pay 3000rs wats my fault . I am ask to registered to my complaint and Discuss your superior person customerre centre refused my complaint and there say to me you are no change plan 6 month . If you are change your plan in between six month can you punish bye 3000 rupees because you are a customer of Vodafone is a company policy.

Please please take necessary action from this plan and this circumstances I told the customer is harass.customercare behaviour.
