Text of Complaint by Ankit Wankawala:

I have done one unlimited pack recharge of 398 rs on my number 9228193931 on 8th February 2019, which is having 84 days validity.

Then on 12th February 2019, one unknown person from local store had done one recharge of 169rs on my number by mistake.(mob. 9913058601). This pack is having validity of 28 days.. So my benefits of recharge 398rs was cancelled because of someone had done recharge my number by mistake.

Then i discussed all this thing to vodafone customer care and they told me to resolve my problem. After long time they told me that they can not do anything.. And they are just transferring my call and put me on hold for too long. Even their executives refuses to share their employee id. Now thing is that my services are stopped.

So ultimately anyone can terminate my services by doing small amount of recharge. This was only 398rs recharge. Suppose if I do recharge of 365 days validity of rs.1699 and someone just recharge my number only with 7day validity pack. Then who are responsible?

In this case both customer face trouble.. Vodafone will be always in profit. Even I doubt vodafone can doing this intentionally to make profit. Very well played vodafone..

Atleast Jio is having facility of pending/awaiting recharge function. So I can easily use multiple recharge one by one as per my convenience.
