On 19/05/18 night , i had some problem on balance amount. Then i call customer care officer he told me,the refund service activated, within 1 hour the amount will be refunded. But i didn’t receive the amount.Afterthat 8 hours later, When i call second time to ask about the amount ,somebody said no amount will be refund. They are lying.
