Vodafone customer care india are so much careless about their job and very casual about customer problem. I have migrated my vodafone micro sim card to a nano sim card on 19.08.2018 at 10.15 pm.
But no incoming or outgoing sms is coming and going. While contacted vodafone customer care on 20.08.2018 at 12.30 am the executive said it will be normal after 24 hours. But it is still giving problem. Now it is 21.08.2018 01.00 am.
But i am dialling 198 and 199 helpline numbers but after ringing once they are blocking the calls. And it is charging 50 paisa per 3 minutes also. They are so irresponsible about their job.
They are unable to solve and give solution to my problem. I am in too much mental stress and trauma because of vodafone india customer care’s casual approach.
