Earlier i tried to convert my postpaid mobile number to prepaid after went 4 time to costemer care point fed up with them ao i ask them to stop my number and number stop in 2 days.
But after that again number start and they start send me bill for that. As bill is auto paid 1 time my bill paid. Again they send bills now.. as customer care number never work i complaint them with mail but no reply.
Fed up with voda… They can do .Anything to keep them profitable. This js harassment of customer.
