Hi ,
I have been using a Vodafone connection 9886796695 for many years close to 10 Years . First it was in the Karnataka circle , when i moved to Kerala it was moved to the respective circle . Due to work I had a move out of India for almost a year . and for the same reason I wasn’t using the no . Without even my consent the No has been deactivated . They said SMS was sent , when I am not using the no , how will i receive SMS and i was not aware of the safe custody . When there is 1 Re pending for payment i received 30 calls and 20 mails to pay the bills , in this case nothing was done . They had my email id , to check my alternate no to check , nothing was done . Only when contacted they say the No is been deactivated for non usage policy . I need my number back .
