Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that vodafone change the tariff of my number 9888166774 to increase it to Rs 499 from Rs 299 wef April without any previous notice to me.
Because of this i am threatened to pay the increased bill of Rs 550 .
Also my outgoing was barred from previous month though i have not utilised fully my credit limit and bill for the same month was also imposed on me.
I request the honour the punish such practices of these mobile phone operator who threaten to go legally if we dont pay the bill.
Due to their default practices i was forced to pay Rs 550 more , since it was my business number and they increased the tariff of my number by Rs 200 per month without any prior notice.
We beleive justice will be served to us.
