So I went to Vodafone for the postpaid number I rarely use and they promised to give me a waiver of 400 rs nd told me to pay 300 rs which I did right then after having a bill of 700 rs and they told me that they ll activate a plan of 98 rs and told be to reach them around 3rd or 4th june and they ll do the postpaid to prepaid transfer.
I didn’t go around June but I waited for another one month and reached them in July and when I asked them for the transfer they told me that I had to pay the bill of 522 rs and they cannot make the transfer of postpaid to prepaid for the next three months of waiver.
A) they didn’t give me waiver of rs 400 as they promised the waiver they gave was of rs 180 only and
B) now they are completely denying of having such conversations with me. Plus now they are not letting me transfer from postpaid to prepaid.
Asking me for the payment of 522 whereas the bill should have been of not more than 120 rs and now are giving a different story all together that we can’t transfer a number from postpaid to prepaid for the next three months.
And when I asked for mnp they said that the security would be returned after six. Months via check. Why return the security in six months when they take the deposit the same day when we take the new connection.
And why fool the customer continuously making fake promises and not delivering what they claim.
