I am using VI sim, when I call to bank numbers starting with 1860 it connected ivr saying no balance. I have recharged with unlimited plan and vi customer care says those are chargeble numbers. My plan is unlimited and vi is frauding customers says unlimited and not providing the unlimited calls. Raising complaint against VI for wrong promises
