Text of Complaint by Rajeshkumar Kanoujia:

I have Vodafone network. I have recharged for unlimited plan. But whenever I call to Bank number which starts from 1800 or 1860 it disconnects immediately.

I contacted Vodafone customer care several times but they always say these numbers are chargeable and I need to recharge again to get the balance and then I can make calls.

I told them but other network providers when done unlimited recharge and made calls from them it gets connected. Why Vodafone is charging extra even if we are doing recharge for unlimited plan.

They answer that they don’t know about other services provided but this how they work. I want to raise a complaint against Vodafone, if they are saying unlimited plan then why they are restricting us to call those bank numbers.

Unlimited plan is like I can have unlimited call. If it’s not such than they are cheating people and a complaint against them has to be registered for doing fraud with customers.

I hope this issue will be resolved asap.

Thanks and regards

  1. you can try adding 0 before any such numbers.
for example when you need to dial HDFC bank number 1860 266 0333 then dial it as 018602660333.
I hope this can help you.
