Some amount(around Rs.15) was deducted from my balance, I approached to vodafone customer cere service they returned my amount and promise that this will not happen again, but after this again they deducted amount from my main balance. I again callef and they returned. And this is happening regularly.
I thing they are making fool of customer and those who can approach to them they will return otherwise they will keep the amount. And i think this is not a merely matter of small amount, this type of fraud they are doing for a long time and making crore of amount by this. This is a serious matter.
