Sir,
My father using Vodafone No 9441956560 since few years. From few months we are facing Problem from Deducting Balance i.e Caller tune Activation ect…
so many times caller tune activated and i called to Customer care and tell them dont do like this.
we recharged 120/- on 06-07-2018. Present we dont have balance. I trying to call to 198 Customer care to asking about Balance deduction and How the caller tune activated. But not connected. He suffered so many times in the time of Balance deducted.
