Hello Vodafone
My Vodafone number is 7874713245.
In this number last 2 months balance is deducted automatically.
I have check in previous month about VAS. I have got FUN ZONE is activated in thus number.
I have call to customer care to de-activate this VAS. They have said me for deactivation of this in 24 Hrs. But still not deactivated.
Please i want some action for my balance deduction, otherwise my last decision is MNP.
I hope you will help me.
