i am sureshkumar from thiruninravur . as i was postpaid customer of airtel . i received call from vodafone customer telecaller . as change to vodafone network and about the fast internet and their plans and advantages . the told that they have merged with idea you can use their network coverage but it was false statement .
while iam changed my network it was poor network and coverage in our area . i was ported on 25 /7/18 and changed my no from airtel to vodafone on 25/7/18 . but on the first day itself 25/7/18 there was network issuses i called custmer care on 25/7/18 . they told wait for 48 hours,.
so the complaints will be solved . but it was continued then as there request on 27 /7/18 . as they told i logged the complaint. but it was not cleared and from techincal team they called me i told about the complaints . they said they look in to . then in first week of aug .
i went to vodafone mini store near jaya college and enquired about the complain . they told that there is issuse in network coverage and lot of complaints . they registered the compltaints. whenever i contact customer care i log a complain .
then when the due of billing date came . bill dest of vodafone they called me i said i have given false commitement and facing network issuse . so i am not going to pay the bill . then they convieced me then they told me to contact near by vodafone show. Went to showroom which is in avadi. Then they found some network issues.
Mean while i received my previous airtel report and brifed them i was customer for one year and showed them my report. Then they called customer care again in 5 th sep 2018. I clearly informed that i face lot issues and suffering.
Then they registered the complain and told them that customer is refusing to pay the bill make and complain sent me complain no. He registered the complain no (219921428) and gave me nodal vodafone no (9884098844) to contact them between mon-friday ( 9.30-18.00) . on 7 th sep 12.30 noon.
I contacted them the said they file a complain and then they forward it to technical team. Get the report. On 7th 3 pm they contacted me came to my area. I brifed and told about my issues faced and problem. Then i spoked to technical cheif officer. I said i face lot if issues will calling.
They said ok sir we monitor the issues for 3 days. We look into network issues from 20th of july. Look into issues. Then i said ok sir. They told that if same wobling problem arises inform to us they gave me the contact no of the inspection officer on 7th aug contact no ( 8939847524). on same day at 17.11 hrs (9710206444) i called this airtel no i got wobling sound and called him and informed the same issue and called customer care and logged complaints.
The issues was on 7th sep (10.08, 10.45, 10.53am) , 7th (17.22), 8th (10.02) 10th 13.38, 39, 40, 41&17.52, 17.55, 11th 10.22, 12.19, 14th17. 01. But i didnot know what they monitored i didnot get reply from them. Then on 10th sep i called customer care again logged complaints.
On 14 /9/18 received message at 19hrs, the complain was addressed if you have any complain contact customer care. Then on saturday i contacted customer contacted 198 they told that you complain is still in process till 17th sep. Then i went vodafone ministore and told about my outgoing calls block. He kept for request and discussed about sim change.
I gave my adhar no and changed the sim. Then i told him that request failed and he kept the request and said its failure. And on saturday my sms also blocked. Then 17sep at 11 am i contacted nodal team and asked about complain about 10th sep.
She said that the complain was cleared and there is no network issuse. We cannot do anything on this issue you have pay for bill for your outgoing calls. Then i will tell them to contact you. With irresponsible manner she replied as we are begger.
I was upset with the reply and hurted lot after getting connected to vodafone they have given me lot mental stress, pressure and lot of plroblems. They have treated me as bad behaviour. Meanwhile they stopped my outgoing calling. Then on saturday
