Dear Sir/Ma’am
Despite of raising several complains about my mobile bill of deactivated Vodafone postpaid CUG no -8006171714 , i got new bill of amount 79.14 this month as well. While it was committed by Vodafone that all services of this number has been deactivated and there will be no impose of bills on me in future, i am unable to understand why Vodafone torturing me by imposing bills of a number that is not in use since last 6 months.
Despite of deactivating this no many times its bill generate and irritate me, while i already said that i use another Vodafone postpaid no 8954171714 and i don’t need another connection however i am receiving regular bill of 8006171714 which is making me upset and necessitate to switch my running connection in another service provider and Lodge a complain in consumer court against Vodafone for making me mentally torture and for unethical service, i am fully fed up with Vodafone and gonna lost my temper and mind, why its executive saying that all outstanding amount has been reduced and there will be no bill generate ahead? and why again its bill generate? i am requesting to Vodafone to consider this mail seriously and assure me to not repeat same mistake , i don’t want to write another mail.
