my number is 7767851298,nearabout March I changed my plan from corporate to Vodafone red plane.in which everything was free that is calls and Internet.
but in bill all charges include then I complaint to customer care and they cut that charges in that bill but in next bill same issue occurred so I don’t pay my bill and same inform to customer care and now bill is 3575 Aprox and Vodafone customer care informs me that they cut my unnecessary charges that is 2200somthing and inform me to pay bill of 2200,my bill is 3500 and if they minus 2200 then how they asked for 2200 rs.
same I from on tweeter but no reply as I told them I am unable on phone from 9am to 6pm.they don’t call after 6 they only call before 6
from last 5-6 days I am giving them msg on tweeter as my outgoing calls are barred
I have also recording of customer care where they said no such charges added in future but they adding in all bills
