Text of Complaint by Kuheli Panigrahi:

I visited vodafone store twice for the up gradation of my sim card. They provided me a sim and asked me to wait till 24 hrs to get the sim activated. When it did not happen i visited again the representative gave me a number and asked me to call next day on that as according to him his system was not working.

It has been two weeks since then. Neither my sim is upgraded nor the given number is being answered by anyone. My repeated attempts to get in touch with customer care is in vain as they said they cannot help me out any way.

Even after having a 4G phone i am sitting with a 3G sim due to the irresponsible representatives of Vodafone. I have no idea how to get this problem resolved. Phone number given by the representative- 9643353999
