I’m fed up of this Vodafone policy.whenever I do recharge,they deduct my balance.It is happening from last few months(6-7times).
Whenever I call customer care to solve my problem.They are least bothered for the same to resolve it.They always have same excuse to wait for 24hours..then again 48hours and then 72 hours..They are just irritating me.
I want refund for the same 33rps,otherwise I will appeal in consumer court.Take this as my warning because customers are not ur puppet or they earn in lottery.We work hard,My money is not extra to waste on this bullshit deductions(vodafone)
