Hello,
I am a Vodafone user and I have been having a plan of Rs. 399 this bill is been selected according to my budget. And with no permission or information of mine,Vodafone has changed my plan without informing me according to my usage and I’m being changed with an exorbitant bill of Rs. 789. I had not requested for any change of my plan. And Vodafone customer care services are just pathetic they do not help any of their valuable customer when they need help. All what reminds them of their valuable customer is when they are to port the number.Even charge the customer to for calling up the customer care.
Please look into the matter as it is someone’s hard earned money. And I want someone to look into this matter.
