To Vodafone network..

What a unethical and pathetic services provider they are…! For last six to seven months I am getting my bill amount more than what I use. Currently I am using red plan of 499 ( all incoming and outgoing services are free) but every month Vodafone charges me around 1000-1500rs showing some unraised VAS activated on my number.

Every time from last 6-7 months I have to raise this issue but till now no permanent solution was provided. Even their executives makes false promises and claims stating that new policies have come which will restrain network to start new service without users consent but ultimately no such policies made or actions have been taken by Vodafone.

After so much mental torture now when I raised a port request then they are asking me to pay late fee for Jan month which I am not suppose to pay as I already raised my complaint on the vodafone media page ( attached) on 18th of Jan’19 but no one responded.

Why a consumer have to a pay extra money when problem is at there end. This is an unethical business done in our country by Vodafone.
