I had a prepaid mobile number(9091030434),but I not recharge 3 months.after 3 months I can’t recharge that number,so I call casromer care and said my problem,he told me go to Vodafone service centre and replace my sim card.so I go and said my problem,they said my number is charmed,and if I keep my this number I have only one way to take postpaid connection,if I not take my number can be destroyed,so I take postpaid connection and diposit security money 300.00.then again when I call casromer care he said I recover my number in prepaid connection only verification my documents at other service centre don’t to take postpaid connection.
Please tell me what to do I don’t have enough money to take postpaid connection with(249+18%GST)/months.i am a apprentiship trainee of only 1 year,but this is my parmanent number and I want recover it.
