I had lost my sim. I mailed vodafone care regarding my sim lost and how can I replace. They have asked me visit Vodafone store with documents.
I went to one store and they asked me to visit the main store as I have maharashtra, goa sim. I went to a Main store in D N nagar mumbai, They had provided me my sim and told me that It will get activated within 4 hr or 24 hr.
After 24 hr ,I talked to the custome care executive and Its been like 3 days all of them are saying different different things. Finally today they told me to visit the store again as the activation request is not generated.
After that I had a word with their senior executive, he is asking me to visit maharashtra store.
