i have recharged Rs. 509 through vodafone app on 12-05-2018. they deducter Rs. 509, but did not activate my plan. so i talked with customer care , he told that the amount would be refunded after 48hrs. but i did not get my amount back till now.
During second attempt of recharge, they deducted another Rs. 509, but this time they activated my plan. but, till now i did not get back my first deduction amount of Rs. 509.
