Text of Complaint by GUNVANTBHAI B MAKWANA:

Dear Sir,

I am having Vodafone sim since longtime for mobile no.9825927661.

I had recharged for Rs.509/- on my mobile on 5th JUNE 2018 for bonus card for 90days through PAYTM .But transaction was fail. Then i tried again for same amount through PAYTM again transactions was failed .after wards I recharged by using Vodafone app through Debit card of ICICI bank. Which was successful recharge..

I had discussed with your customer care call center on 5 th or 6 th july 2018 and they confirmed that they received amount of all three transactions.

Hence you are requested to refund the first two transactions of total amount Rs.1018/- .

at the earliest.

Details of three transactions ON MOBILE NO.9825927661 ON SAME DATE i.e.5th June 2018 for same bonus card scheme of Rs.509/- for 90 days are given below
