I have sent SMS for PORT got a revert message that “We have received your request for port and you will receive the UPC shortly”.
Received a verification call also but still, I didn’t UPC no. It almost gone for 1 week. Called thrice to customer care but still didn’t receive UPS. my last complaint Id is 3254346472 and mentioned their “Your issue will be resolved within 24 hr” but didn’t receive any call from customer care.
When I call today executive said. “Once again same message for PORT but I don’t have balance in my account”.
I have sent the request before 1 week of my expiry date, So I could be Port to another Network and will do next recharge for another port network. But Vodafone dad support and response I didn’t get UPS no. Thats why forcefully I have to recharge on same Vodafone network. It so very poor service and support of Vodafone. They know how to hold user on their network.
