I had registered several complaints regarding my poor network and call drops in the period of last one year.Despite multiple complaints,my issue has been neglected by your network team.Being a doctor who deals with emergency patient care,I had faced inconvenience from your poor network many times.I tried porting out from your network but your team has requested me to stay with vodafone promising me improvement in network which they failed to provide.I have decided to contact a lawyer with necessary documents and sue your company at consumer court for negligence and poor service.I won’t be paying my bills for the months of april and may because i was not been provided with good network without which there is no point of paying bills.I will make sure your company realises how important is to provide service to customers when we trust you.Be ready to face the legal procedures
