- Dear Sir,
- I am very old customer of vodafone. Earlier my number was post paid for which i had deposited Rs. 500 as security deposit. Later on i converted this number from post paid to prepaid and requested for refund of security deposit. From last 03 years i written so many mails and visited Vodafone care in Patna numerous times but i am not getting refund. Please refund otherwise i will have to go to consumer forum for resolution .
