IT HAS BEEN CLOSE TO 3 MONTHS SINCE I FIRST REPORTED THE NETWORK ISSUE.
I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS COMPLAINS. I HAVE GOT NUMEROUS CALLS ASSURING THAT THE NETWORK WILL BE FIXED.
ALL END UP SAME WAY “ME NOT HAVING NETWORK ON MY PHONE”
AT LEAST BEFORE I USED TO GET SOME NETWORK ON MY PHONE.
NOW, I’M GIVING UP ON VODAFONE.
I THOUGHT MAYBE SOMETHING’S WRONG WITH MY PHONE SO I FORMATTED IT. BUT THE ISSUE DIDN’T RESOLVED.
I EVEN TRIED SWITCHING SIM SLOTS THAT ALSO DIDN’T WORK.
FINALLY, I TRIED A DIFFERENT PROVIDERS SIM CARD AND IT WORKS.
SO, I DEDUCED THAT IF I SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT PROVIDER IT WILL BE END OF MY PROBLEM.
SO, ME ALONG WITH ALL MY RECOMMENDED FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL BE HAPPY TO GET NETWORK FROM A DIFFERENT PROVIDER, JUST AS VODAFONE IS “HAPPY TO HELP”.
HAVING MY TRUST ON VODAFONE I DIDN’T CHOOSE TO HAVE AN ALTERNATE NUMBER, THAT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE FROM MY END, I WILL ACCEPT THAT. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO APOLOGIZE FOR THAT I WAS JUST BEING DUMB TO TRUST VODAFONE BUT REST ASSURED I WILL NEVER TRUST VODAFONE AGAIN.
