Dear Vodafone Team,

 

You should be glad by knowing that my number 9891192389 is running under Vodafone services from last 7 to 8 years first in prepaid then in postpaid. I was very happily enjoying your services but in between due to some cheaper rate of monthly rents suggested by airtel I ported out my number In airtel. Again just after three or four months I came to Vodafone just because of my faith to Vodafone regarding networks. Same process held again with me wrongly in September 2017 but because of my faith to Vodafone regarding networks I join Vodafone again in june 2018 this is all about my journey with Vodafone yet.

 

Now I don’t want to leave your services just because the faith as I am telling in above lines. Before I further go on with my complaints I would like to request to please consider my regards with Vodafone operator. Regarding my complaints I would like to inform you that

  1. I am unable to use my mobile data for which I am paying my bill of Rs. 399 +GST
  2. My calls are drooped in between the calls
  3. I just can see only two signals in my networks bars
  4. As far as data signals it shows 3G or E in network bars except 4G for which I am paying.
  5. When I reset my network settings it comes to 4G, I am not denying that but just for few minutes as I can say for 2 or 3 minutes.
  6. There are only two places where a person stays most at their resident and in their offices both area’s of mine having same problem
  7. For any clarification you can check my data usage day by day or by hours

 

Regarding my above problems I called so many time to customer care executives and they gave me surety that your problems will get resolved in five days but in last one month this process occurs for three times recorded with complaint number and so many times for which I cannot get any complaint number my complaints are as 516115746 dated 08.07.2018, 521406124 dated 23.07.2018 and 525029564 dated 02.08.2018 in all of three complaints I request for an executive who can come to me and try to help me but no one is there for my problem who can visit.      

 

Further I would like to request you kindly look into the matter personally and try to resolve the network issue in my resident’s area. If it seems my area is having bad signals of Vodafone I request to provide a signal booster in my area so that we can enjoy your services for which we are paying to Vodafone we means my whole family these are my other number which Iam using one which I stated earlier i.e 9891192389,  9999192389, 9873339853 and last but not the least 9015590153(official Address). Please provide a network booster till your team can’t get better networks in my area.

 

There are so many hopes in my complaint otherwise I have to change my service provider which I really don’t want to do.
