dear sir

i have call customer care to know activate i roam on my no 9873953470 and Vodafone executive told me  one plan of RS 500 FOR ONE  WEEK FOR ONE WEEK  AND I CLARIFIY TWO OTHER EXECTIVE THEY ALSO TOLD ME SAME THEN I ACTIVATE THE PLAN BUT I M SEEN MY VODAFONE THEY CHARGE 2500 RS THEN I COMPAINT NO BODY LISTERN MY VOICE SAID YOU HAVE TO PAY CHARGE IF OUR EXECTIVE GAVE YOU WRONG INFORMACTION WILL TAKE ACTION BUT CHARGES CAN NOT REIMBURSE ON YOUR NO.

PLEASE ADVISE HOW CAN WE SOLVED THE ISSUE.
