its Been two and half years we using the Vodafone connection ( Sreddha charitable trust) phone 9072319696 had activated missed call alerts and we are paying an additional charges for this but all these months I never got single payment
as we are in health care profession calls where really important and it really put Us to bad sitauation in the service we provided .still I went to customer care centre which is located in Kottayam they where really not helping me instead of making me wait then I tried bring to there notice social since one week they where saying that they will help but till now no one has helped us .attaching the files for proof
