3month back for some reason i called vodafone customer care number, and lady suggested me red plan 399 for unlimited calling and internet facility for 20GB in month. so i ask her if i switched this plan any issue is there for calls or internet network, she told me sir we assuring there are no issue for any network like call drop or internet. for that reason i agreed with this plan and i convert my plan to 99rs to 399 plan.
after start my plan my internet not get connected i thought it was fault by my phone some setting issue is there. when i check all setting are perfect even my internet not working . i check all signal its showing H+ or 4G speed still no internet i check on vodafone app speed checker there was no single ( i share snap with vodafone )then i put complaint for same in vodafone on dated 15 jun 2018 ( my SR number is 451025092 ) after that i received one call sir we get back to you ones again for same after that i just received only one msg on 3rd july ( we try to call you about your CMPLT, we are unable to reach you pls expct call from +91-22-71638000 within 24hr but from that day no respond from vodafone.
Again i drop one more reminder mail to vodafone and i received one more msg on 12july2018 ( Dear Customer IF you wish to stop ur internet simply SMS STOP to 1925 or call 1925 etc. etc. instant of irresolution they are just say stop your internet service. this type of service given by vodafone .
start my net with full speed or
i need my old plan with compensation to transfer all my pending data to my old 99rs plan till data consumption.
