This is Ujjyani Sengupta bearing mobile phone no. 9029600470. I dnt understand why I was charged for 13 rupees leading to a negative balance. Its totally unnecessary as i did not apply for any such thing as chota credit as was mentioned by your message.
After speaking to your department , it was conveyed that they have a record of me taking a chota credit. It hideous and funny to know that I recharged for a 3 month package consisting of free calls and sms, of approx 500 Rs around the first week of july and you guys stating that I have taken up a loan of 20 rs.
This is sheer mishandling of data from your side and creating troubles for customer. Need immediate refund for the same and its a strict warning to stop deducting money unnecesarily.
If any delay in the refund; activation of my card or found any unnecessary further deductions, I will have to take up the matter to the higher department.
