My post paid plan was changed for the month of 22nd May’18 to jun’18 without any call confirmation. Now my bill generated and Amount is 258. But I have used only 144 minutes. Why I pay extra when plan was 150. Which was ok. Now I have change my plan in 149. But why I should pay exta.i don’t want to pay extra. Please adjust my bill as per my prior plan which was 150 or I will change the network.
