DEACTIVATION OF Mob. No. 7506835202
Subject no. Which was transferred from postpaid to prepaid in Jan 2018, was deactivated without any intimation some two months back.
This no. belong to my daughter, and no. taken out of country. I approached Vodafone store Maziwada Thane for activation of the same SIM card .
I got negative reply , I was informed that same SIM card can not be activated , a new SIM card will have to be issued, but the individual will have to collect the Sim card , it can not be given to other person.
Vodafone company expects the individual to come all the way from abroad, spending a lot of money for collection of SIM card from Vodafone store Maziwada .
Lastly the old SIM card can not be Re-activated, and new SIM card can not be given to any one else , it is as good as refusing to help and dening indirectly .
I my tiered of visiting to Vodafone store and decided to prefer for any other company SIM card. Vodafone services has gone down like any thing ,and staff also has irresponsible behavior .
