Dear Sir / Madam,
I have been trying to convert my Vodafone postpaid mobile number to prepaid and visited the respective store at Thoraipakkam twice. They have refused to convert it for the last two months. Request your help to convert the same as i have to pay the bill every month even though im not using the service.
