This is to inform you that from last six month vodafone are charging me Rs 199
Every month for ISDUAE(11)@6.998 subscription pack. I am not using any call for Out side of india..but this pack is activated by your side without my confirmation.
i was activated your red plan on 30 jan 2018.
From 30 jan to till now every month i was pay that amoount. I was blindly trust on Red plan and activate but from last six month i am paying that amount unneccessry..
Now i am decide to i am convert postpaid to prepaid..kindly revers my money immiidiate which is you charge without my request because it was activate from your backend team confirm by your team member miss simran she is working vodaphone store ,link Road bandra west..
Kindly refund my money of Rs.1194

Pls do the needfull so i can switch the postpaid plan and convert to prepaid plan.
