Dear sir
I m holding postpaid plan in which I had been charged for Value added service “Astrology” , which is not opted from my end . And i also opted for DND service.
How come its possible that without customer intimation this type of facility activated on my mob no .Yesterday I visited vodafone store , so that i was aware about this and its from past year , I was not aware about this .
Request you please reverse my charges which is occur in my mob no. from beginning to till the date .
