I had recharged my mobile number 9649181740 on 6th March, 2019 with a pack of validity 84 days.
My outgoing was to be blocked on 29/05/2019 23:59 hours according to 84 days validity and I received the SMS from Vodafone on 29/05/2019 at 12:40 hours mentioning the same.
But my outgoing was blocked before the committed time and I was ceased from making very important calls for the whole day.
In the evening, when I called customer care regarding the issue, the representative named PRADEEP KUMAR, he gave me wrong information and when I objected, he talked to me in a very unpleasant way that hurt my self respect.
When the validity of my number was till 29/05/2019 which was informed to me via SMS also, why my outgoing was blocked before the time?
