This is with reference to my bill payment. I spoke to one of the customer service representatives to whom I requested for a waiver against my payment of Rs 6480.94. Further, they approved my request and I made a payment of Rs. 3500.
Two days later they barred my number again and said that I am supposed to make an additional payment of Rs 1888.94 as they have no request for the waiver of this amount in their records.
Ever since, I spoke to 4 different customer service representatives named Niky, Ayush, Ankit & Suraj but nobody helped me and instead they have been fooling me by making false promises saying that my number will get activated in next 4 hours etc.
I do not wish to use their services anymore and I want to sue this company as I have faced a lot of problems because of them.
