Vodafone asked me to pay the bill amount which is not used by me because my number was already ported to airtel that time. Again and again they called me and said to pay the amount.
The customer care executive rudely behaved with me and warned me to pay. I requested to check your database I had already paid for it as your plan was together plan and I paid for one bill for two numbers as your terms.
But they don’t listen anything and asked me to pay for it. So which type of service it is? Please take an action about this because same problem will happen with anyone in the future. It’s so harassing.
