I had port my two numbers from Airtel to Vodafone in September 2018 and I have opted for a plan in which one year Amazon prime membership was offered as additional benefit. In september 2018, I already using amazon prime membership in airtel so amazon prime membership could not get activated through Vodafone. Vodafone’s store person advised please get it activated when it will get expired from Airtel side.
When I approached vodafone in January 2019 to activated the Amazon prime membership they informed me that it is already activated since October 2018. On my further protest and demand on which number it is activated they had not share any correct information. After a long delay it has been confirmed by the Vodafone that it is not activated in my numbers but had been activated in some other name/number and they made a baseless allegation that I have shared any otp with some random person that is why it is get activated in that number.
My concerns are:
I have been paying for such service since September 2018 and still I am not able to use such service,
Secondly, Vodafone mischievously activated my paid service in any random account without matching any KYC credentials and blaming me for this wrongful act.
Thirdly, instead of taking corrective actions they are not responding my queries and concerns.
I want to report Vodafone’s wrongful act and want justice for myself as helpless consumer.
Thanks & Regards,
